Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided
production has not commenced.
Customized, made-to-order, altered, or personalized products cannot be
cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Heena Kochhar reserves the right to cancel any order due to product
unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment
issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
In cases where an order is cancelled by Heena Kochhar before dispatch,
the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original
mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to banking partner
timelines.
